Serving the local Pound Ridge Community
Established in 1966, the Pound Ridge Ambulance Corps provides Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to the Town of Pound Ridge, NY and the immediate vicinity. A 100% volunteer organization, Pound Ridge Ambulance is on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Pound Ridge Ambulance is a “Basic Life Support” service. “Advanced Life Support” is provided, as needed, by paramedics from Westchester Emergency Medical Services.
As first responders, we work closely with both the Pound Ridge Police and Pound Ridge Fire Departments. Pound Ridge Ambulance is also a participant in Westchester County’s mutual aid plan, providing and receiving Emergency Medical Services support, as needed.
